Knowing your language means not losing the bond with your ancestors and maintaining your identity."«Abbecedario Yanesha-Italiano» is the app version of the book «PAMOTHER KELLEK - Abbecedario Elementare Yanesha» is part of the «My Indigenous Roots» project, my indigenous roots, developed by me Angelo Giammarresi, director, writer and visual ethnographer with aim to preserve the ancestral oral traditions of the indigenous peoples of Peru and the world.The texts were written in collaboration with by Dario Lavan López Cruz, Augusto López Santiago and recorded with the Yanesha voice of Galindo Ampicha Ramos who live in the Selva Central of Peru, are leaders of their communities and recognized bilingual teachers of the Yanesha ethnic group.Texts and voice in Italian, animation and graphics by Angelo GiammarresiThe interesting thing about this "Yanesha-Italian ABC" lies in its interactive and multimedia features, in fact by touching the images or the title of the page you can hear the words pronounced in Yanesha and Italian, this facilitates teaching in the classroom and also allows a child to learn yanesha language independently.INSTRUCTIONS FOR USEOnce the application is installed, the splash screen will appear from which with a simple touch you can go directly to the interactive index of the book.
At the bottom of the pages there are two text buttons to go to the previous or next chapter.
From the menu you can go back to the beginning or to the index.
Pages can contain a single audio file for the entire page or the audio for each individual image.
